This bag is top notch for what it is which is a no-nonsense, high capacity, durable gear bag. Been using it for almost 2 years with no problems whatsoever. Akona called me before it got shipped to ask if it was ok that one panel of the bag happened to be blue (it was then listed as an all-black bag) and to me that counts alot. I only gave it four stars because one of the zipper pulls that is attached to one of the zippers broke on it and Akona has not contacted me back about replacing the bag. Since the customer service sucks, I can only give it four stars. Overall, you do get a really nice duffle for the money. |
